Important release on corruption in global health, in the form of a roundtable discussing the data, our knowledge about prevention, and effective ways to communicate around issues of corruption.  Useful summary of the (scant) data out there.
Opinion piece addressing the controversial plan from Uganda to send a number of doctors to Trinidad and Tobago in exchange for financial assistance. He lays out the pros and cons well; the tension between systemic needs and individual health practitioner ones lies at the heart of many issues in human resources for health (HRH).
